The Old Baptist Church was the setting for the wedding of Bobbi Rae-Anne Jackson and Joshua Lee Casebolt on Saturday, March 6, 2010. Following a “John Deere” theme, the couple was transported to the reception at the Bedias Civic Center in the bucket of a John Deere tractor. Congratulations to this happy couple.

 Saturday, Mach 20 is the next distribution day for the Bedias Food Pantry. 

The next meeting of the Bedias Homecoming Committee will be on Sunday, March 21. 

The Bedias United Methodist Women will provide refreshments for the March birthdays at Madisonville Care Center on Wednesday, March 24. This is a treat for the residents and a blessing for all who participate in serving and singing. 

Don’t forget to get your tickets for the Bedias Women’s Club Fashion Show and Luncheon on Saturday, March 27 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. Tickets are $10 which includes lunch and the fashion show and are available now from Women’s Club members. Nicki Thomson is President of the Bedias Women’s Club. 

The Knights of Columbus Father Domanski Council #4054 will hold a Fish Fry at the K of C Hall in Anderson, Texas on Friday, March 19, beginning at 5:00 p.m. The dinner includes fish, fries, hush puppies, drink and dessert. To Go plates will be available. The public is invited.

Sondra Renee Burditt is finally home from the hospital. She faces a long recovery and still needs our prayers.. Please let me know if there are others who should be added to our prayer list.  Also, please continue to pray for our military and their families as well as our country.
